Road Trip
Jared's brother and sister-in-law told us they had recently driven to Milwaukee and really enjoyed it, so we decided to give it a try. We had a blast! The kids highlights were the pond with paddle boats, the boats at the marina, the kite store with a gaint flying pig outside, the giant bubble gum machine and the clovers. While I took Addie on one of her...I have to go now, bathroom runs...Jared hung out with the kids in the middle of a giant field. Leave it to him and the kids, they started clover hunting. Jared being from Utah where we have only three leaf clovers he told the kids if they found a four leaf clover he would pay them a dollar. He figured that would keep them busy until I got back. Little did he know that four leaf clovers not only exist, but can be found quite easily in Wisconsin. Everyone but me found one...I think it was probably a consequence of my "I want a dollar from daddy" attitude that cost me finding one!

All your updates are fabulous! I loved the back to school party idea. I think I will use that! I miss you and can't even tell you how much it meant to see you and the kids this summer!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the city. The downtown area by the lake has a fun/funky/artsy/cool feel to it. We're definitely going back again.
