St Patrick's Day

London cracks me up. She sets her mind to something and that is the end of discussion. Especially when it comes to holidays and accessories. St. Patrick's was no exception. Last year we spend MONTH"S explaining you can only pinch for not wearing green one day each year, and then spent a year listening to joyful exclamations from the back seat of "Mom!!! That street sign won't get pinched....it's green!!!" or "That truck is going to get pinched...it's not green." So this year she started planning early what she was going to wear...and when she saw the green headband in passing she just had to have it! She begged for days for us to take her back to the store where she saw it so she could buy it with her own money...and she did. She told me that morning this is going to be the best holiday ever mom!! She was so proud as she got on the bus...she felt green enough to take on the pinching world!!!
