Our little artist!
Well some of you have heard about this, others have not, but here is the hard evidence of Addie's recently found love of art! Before Christmas we were making ornaments for our cousins, grandparents and friends. I had all three kids sitting at the table and we were coloring so nicely. Then it was time for me to help London and Camden with their sparkle gluing, so i put Addie down...she was done with her coloring anyways. Only about a minute, maybe two passed before i noticed Addie standing behind me in the dining room coloring on the white walls with a forest green cheap non-washable marker!! I took the pen and thought "what do i do?????" at which point..."get the camera" came to mind. so i got a few pictures of Addie with her art work. It wasn't until about 1/2 hour later that i found she had also colored the ENTIRE couch, the wall behind the couch, the throw pillows, and the coffee table...the couch and the walls which still won't come clean are a bit depressing, but hey, she's pretty cute, even when she's in trouble!!!

I want to see pictures of the couch, pillows and throw!
Oh my goodness Ali! I don't know whether to laugh or feel really bad...I think there is a bit of both! She is a cutie though, and I love your last sentence...
oh my! She's funny! Of course MY lovely angel children have NEVER done anything of the sort.... LOL! My son actually colored a beautiful sun on the wall of his freshly (dark) painted room (with the last bit of colored paint from the can, no extra!) only a few days before we were supposed to move out. Ahh! I knew those color erasers worked on white paint but not on colored. i had some Carbona stain remover for laundry that was supposed to take out crayon, I thought "worth a try!" and put it on the wall. It wasn't completely gone but hardly noticeable. It might work on the fabric too. Good luck! And thanks for reminder that toddlers all cause "terror and destruction" occasionally!
Oh my goodness, I would die! Almost like I died when Rylee colored with a purple crayon ALL up the staircase of the million dollar home we were living in housesitting. Yup, I'm pretty sure my heart literally stopped. I don't know how to get out marker, especially with upholstery, but if your little artist ever decides to use crayon on your wall, WD-40 is magic! It gets it off so easily and I just washed the wall after because it leaves it a little greasy. But yeah, thank goodness for tips from the internet! Good luck with your little artist! :)
